Order
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.
If you bought a product or a service online or outside of a shop (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You can find more details in our Terms and Conditions
Our products are covered by a standard warranty of 24 months. All conditions for a claim are specified in our Terms and Conditions
Payment and delivery
We ship the goods within 2 working days of receiving the order and they will be delivered to you by a courier company according to their transport conditions.
You can make the payment by bank transfer, or pay cash on delivery at the carrier.
With bank transfer method, after processing the order, we will send you an e-mail with payment instructions along with the invoice. After crediting the amount to our account, we will ship your order.
The price of transport depends on several factors, such as the distance from our central warehouse in Slovakia and the total weight of the goods. The goods will be delivered to you by a courier company. We provide delivery to EU countries
Product
The EKOroll sliding door hardware is made of carbon steel with a surface treatment consisting of black powder paint. In our EKOroll offer, you can also find stainless steel fittings. We recommend using EKOroll products mainly for interiors.
EKOroll wooden sliding doors are made of 100% solid natural pine wood without surface treatment. EKOroll sliding aluminum doors are equipped with hardened (tempered) glass. The aluminum frame is powder coated with modern black paint.
We do not offer individual adjustment of EKOroll sliding doors or hardware, but by purchasing an additional rail, you can extend the guide rail by up to 3 meters.
EKOroll sliding door fittings are easy to install. For each fitting, you will receive detailed assembly instructions. You can also download the manuals for mounting fittings in the manuals section.
